We have decided to lease some of our names (min of one year through 10 year terms)
We rarely sell our domain names but we realize many of the names we acquired over the years no longer fit into our long term strategy so occasionally we will sell one of our names.
Internet usage has gone from less then 30% of the US population using the web in 1997 to almost 99% in 2018. The internet is here to stay and descriptive domains are and will be a very important asset for businesses and individuals for the foreseeable future.

What prevents you from not renewing my lease and selling or renting the domain name to someone else for more money then I am paying?
Our reputation for one, but we also have a clause in our lessee that prevents us from selling or renting the domain until 30 days after your lease expires.
Can I get an option to buy the domain name?
We rarely sell our domain names we prefer to lease them at reasonable prices but if we can agree on a price that the domain name will be worth at a future date then yes.
How long do your leases run?
From 1 - 10 years.
What is the average price of a domain name rental?
Domain rentals start at $300.00 a year but the average is around $1,000 a year, depending on the name and initial registration date.
Who is responsible for renewing the domain name?
We are, all our domains are automatically renewed so they will never expire.
If I decide I no longer want to rent the domain can I get out of the lease?
Yes you can cancel the lease at any time with a 60 day notice, we on the other hand do not have this option and will abide by the lease for as long as yearly renewals are paid. We do not issue refunds.
If I sell my Internet business that uses one of your domain names does the lease go with it?
Yes we will honor your current lease with the new owner and we can even negotiate a new lease if you like.
